New Edition: Guideline on family reunification under the Dublin III Regulation
The strictly inter-state procedure for family reunification under the Dublin III Regulation poses particular difficulties for families and those supporting them. In a second, completely revised edition, the procedure for family reunification within the EU is presented in detail and illustrated by means of example cases. Special problem constellations are highlighted, and solutions are presented. The guide is a new edition of the first edition published in 2018 and for now in German only. An English version is planned.Learn more
