Families belong together. This simple principle is far from reality for thousands of people seeking protection. But what are the most effective ways to reunite families? What are the main challenges? And how does Germany reject family reunification applications, preventing family unity in hundreds of cases?
Join us on 17 December 2024, at 17:30 CET for a one-hour webinar where our experts will uncover the shocking reasons behind rejections, the issue of missing documents, and more:
- Niki Georgiou coordinates the work of Equal Rights Beyond Borders in Greece and facilitates family reunifications from Greece to Germany.
- Dr. Corinna Ujkašević works with the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) and Equal Rights Beyond Borders on family reunification cases. Her clients are primarily outside the EU, often in African or Middle Eastern countries.
We look forward to active participation! The webinar will be held in German and English with simultaneous translation and will provide a basic overview of the topic.
The Webinar is part of our campaign ‘the gift of reunion’.
