We are looking for a legal intern for our Kos office starting from March 2027, and for a minimum stay of three months.
In our Athens office, we focus on cases referred through the Reception and Identification Centre (RIC) in Malakasa, with a particular emphasis on unaccompanied and separated minors in the safe area. Alongside providing free legal assistance throughout asylum procedures and supporting family reunification under the AMMR Regulation, the team works on detention under the new Common European Asylum System (CEAS) and on challenging the criminalisation of irregular entry and stay. As part of our wider work across Greece and Germany, the Athens office also contributes to strategic litigation before Greek, European, and international courts to address structural human rights violations affecting people on the move.
